EasyBlue — Deleting your data

Last updated: 20 July 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data EasyBlue (operated by SKYBNETIC SAS, Yaoundé, Cameroon) holds about you. EasyBlue creates no user account: your data is tied to the messaging identifier you wrote to us from.

1. How to request deletion

Either of the following:

So that we can locate your data, please state:

We may ask you to confirm the request from the original conversation, to verify it comes from you.

2. What happens to your account

As soon as you confirm, the following become permanently inaccessible to the service:

In practice: you are no longer recognised as the owner of any number, account consultation is refused, and no saved password can be decrypted any more. You can keep using EasyBlue; the next account check will simply ask you to verify your number again.

We keep no permanent directory of Camtel account data: it is read on demand to be displayed to you.

3. What we must keep

Records of completed transactions (amount, date, payment reference) are retained for as long as our accounting, tax and anti-fraud obligations require. They are then dissociated from your identity as far as the law allows, and serve only for payment traceability.

4. Timing

A request made in the conversation takes effect immediately, as soon as you confirm. A request sent by email is acknowledged within 7 days and completed within 30 days at the latest.

5. Stopping the service without deleting

If you simply want to stop being contacted, block the bot on the relevant platform. Your data then remains subject to the retention periods described in the privacy policy.
