Is there a code to see my balance?
Yes: *857#. It shows your balance and your active bundles — and it also tops up.
And from the chat, what do I get?
Write “my balance”: balance, call bonus, bundles and their expiry date, remaining data, and your last top-ups with dates — in a single message.
What the code does not do, and what changes day to day:
- No code to remember — you write in plain English, not in stars and hashes.
- Your top-up history, dated, to find an operation again.
- A reminder on the day your bundle expires. You ask for nothing: the message comes on its own, and one tap takes the same bundle again.
- Without the SIM in your hand. Once the line is verified, you check it from any device. For a SIM living in a modem it is the only way: no code can be dialled there. Handy too for a line you top up for someone else.
